Imperial conquest news:
http://www.counterpunch.org/2015/04/03/nothing-is-right-in-the-middle-east/ An indictment and a heartrending outcry about the imperial crimes.
http://rt.com/op-edge/245613-us-war-terror-isis-aid/ IS = US. No, it is not quite as simple, but this equation is as important for understanding the basics of Middle Eastern politics as E = mc2 is for understanding physics.
http://www.aina.org/news/20150316182816.htm IS = US = Israel is eliminating Christianity in the Middle East.
http://21stcenturywire.com/2015/04/04/wall-street-journal-israel-caught-red-handed-aiding-al-qaeda-in-syria/ Evidence piles up, so even Western media enterprises have to admit, that Israel is aiding Islamic terrorists.
http://aranews.net/2015/04/u-s-led-coalition-disappointed-us-in-anti-is-battles-assyrian-commander/ He could as well have asked IS itself for assistance.
https://consortiumnews.com/2015/04/06/obamas-fateful-indecision/ This is not fear mongering. After four years of war the Syrian troops are exhausted and after the defeat in Idlib and the new assault in Yarmouk camp in danger of breaking down. The deranged monsters from IS (Isamic State) and Jabhat al-Nusra (Al Quaeda) are fighting side by side to destroy Syria and they get any support they need from Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Israel, and the USA.
What can be done? One of the longest lasting civilizations is destroyed, the cultural heritage of thousand of years lost. A Syrian nation is not viable anymore because the most important water resources have been stolen by Turkey, who cuts off Euphrates and Tigris with the Southeastern Anatolia dams, and by Israel, who occupied the Golan Heights. Syria’s forests have been clearcut by the population in desperate search of firewood, the fields are contaminated from oil extraction, littered with unexploded ordnance, or ruined by drought. Potable water is scarce because wells have been poisoned. Sewage systems and electricity infrastructure have been destroyed, health care and education only exist in the core government controlled areas.
Syria cannot anymore feed 22 million people, maybe 12 million, if the fighting would stop and the Islamic sociopaths who the West gathered there would suddenly disappear. But the monsters from IS and Jabhat al-Nusra will not disappear and the Western nations are glad that there is now another place where the desperadoes, ruffians, rascals, brutes can be sent to, because then they are out of they way and the devastation they cause in the targeted nation is a warning example for dissenting countries and dissenters at home alike to toe the line and not impede the schemes of the empire.
If Iran and Russia don’t muster all the supplies and forces that are at their disposal to stem the advance of the Islamic terrorists, this will become the biggest humanitarian disaster since World War II.
And Western journalists are just muddying the water, hypocritically wringing hands about beheadings while censoring any news which expose the masterminds of this devilish plot. Robert Parry is one of the praiseworthy examples.

The cats are fine and Gandhi Jr. finally got his annual vaccination after evading the procedure for three month. He fought heroically against being put into the pet carrier and he hardly fitted in, because he is so big. I will have to buy a carrier for dogs.
The cats all got their new flea and tick collars. Felines who roam outside will be inevitably infested with flees and ticks, which can cause serious health problems including allergies and anemia. The new flee and tick collars are the most expensive ones available, recommended by the vet and lasting for six month. The collars are from a German chemical company which I normally would not like to support.
Yet, when it comes to poisoning living creatures — in this case fleas and ticks — the mentioned chemical company admittedly is king.
